Warranty – Every product is subject to a 1 year statutory warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

We supply LED Strips, drivers, extrusions, and controls online. We also supply a wide selection of LED lighting which is not on our website, please contact us if the goods you are looking for is not on our website.

Aluminium Extrusion acts as a heat sink for LED strip, and prolongs the life of the strip. For this reason, all LED strip will have a 1 year warranty if not installed in aluminium extrusion, or a 3 year warranty when installed in our aluminium extrusion. Longer warranties may apply, please see the product pages.

For LED strip Installations, all products in the Installation should be our products, using other manufacturer’s products in an installation may invalidate your warranty.

Volt Drop – with low voltage installations, volt drop often limits the maximum single run of LED strips and tails. For this reason, installations exceeding the maximum run for the product, may invalidate the warranty. If in doubt, contact us for assistance before purchase.

Smart Lighting Products – many of our products require setting up, or Commissioning after correct installation. We have chosen many of our products for their simplicity and flexibility of installation and connection. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the products in the installation are installed correctly, and that wireless products are within range of each other, taking into account environmental considerations, such as building construction. The inability to pair products, or correctly follow manufacturer’s instructions, may not constitute faulty products, and therefore may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

We recommend all installations are carried out by a qualified electrician.

Quotes – For all configurations of products not covered by the web shop, we can provide you with a quote. All prices on our quotes are valid for 30 days, E&OE. Acceptance of a quote should be made in writing.

Custom Cut and Solder Service – We can Customise your LED strip to your job by supplying it ready-made, cut to size with soldered tails & corners. This simplifies installation, particularly for jobs where there are multiple cuts of different lengths formed into single runs, and where the you are ordering the material for someone else to install.

On many custom jobs, it is best to discuss the job with usbeforehand, often supplying sketches, and discussing where you can place the drivers and controls etc. We will help you with design aspect so that your installation is done correctly, and efficiently.
